Who We Work With...
People who are ready to make concrete changes in their relationships, habits, and overall well-being.
Those who are always in go-mode and have a hard time slowing down, resting, or turning their brain off.
People who keep finding themselves in the same painful relationship dynamics.
Those who want to communicate more clearly, set healthier boundaries, and feel more respected in their relationships.
Grounded, Collaborative, Direct, Solution-Focused
I work best with clients who want therapy to feel both human and practical. My priority is that you feel heard and understood—not judged, not talked over, and not pushed into someone else's idea of what you "should" do. You are the expert on your lived experience. My role is to listen closely, ask direct questions, and collaborate with you on goals that feel meaningful and realistic.
My approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy—two evidence-based perspectives that support change by helping you understand what's driving the problem and build strategies to shift it. I believe the deeper work of therapy matters, and I also believe it helps to pair insight with skills and behavior tools you can use in real life, especially when stress, anxiety, focus, or relationship patterns are getting in the way.
In a typical follow-up session, we'll start with a quick check-in, then zoom in on what life looked like between sessions: What did you try? What helped? What got in the way? What surprised you? From there, we'll adjust the plan, practice skills that fit your real life, and leave with clear next steps (and "homework" when it's useful).
Clients often describe me as calm, patient, and genuinely engaged—someone who treats them as an equal and respects that they're the expert on their own experience. The goal is for you to walk away feeling more relieved, calm, and grounded—with more clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.
