Who I Work With...

People who feel overwhelmed by daily demands and frustrated that their intentions do not always translate into action or follow-through.

Couples struggling with repeated conflict, uneven responsibilities, emotional reactivity, or disconnection related to ADHD or past experiences.

People who recognize that trauma is still affecting how they respond to stress, manage emotions, trust others, or feel safe in relationships.

Those who want to better understand the patterns keeping them stuck and develop practical skills to create meaningful, lasting change.

Grounded, Collaborative, Direct, Practical

I work with individuals and couples who often understand what is going wrong but have difficulty changing what happens in the moment. You may genuinely want to follow through, communicate differently, stay present, or manage your emotions more effectively, yet find yourself returning to the same reactions and patterns.

ADHD can affect much more than attention. It can influence organization, motivation, emotional regulation, memory, communication, and the ability to consistently follow through. Individually, this can leave you feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or critical of yourself. Within a relationship, it may contribute to forgotten conversations, uneven responsibilities, repeated misunderstandings, or a cycle in which one partner feels unsupported while the other feels constantly criticized.

Trauma can also continue to shape your responses long after the original experience has passed. You may feel on guard, shut down during conflict, avoid difficult situations, struggle to trust, or react more intensely than you would like. These responses often developed for a reason, but they may now be interfering with your well-being or the relationships that matter most to you.

Although ADHD and trauma are central areas of my work, I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, and major life stress. The goal is for you to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools you can use in everyday life, and greater confidence in your ability to respond differently.

Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and structured without feeling rigid. I will listen closely and make sure you feel understood, while also asking direct questions and helping us remain focused on meaningful goals. We will look at what happened between sessions, what helped, what got in the way, and what you can practice next.
