Who We Work With...

People who do not just want to cope, but want to understand themselves more deeply and heal what has felt unresolved.

Those who are used to overthinking, second-guessing themselves, or worrying about whether they are doing things “right”.

Those who feel pulled between conflicting thoughts, emotions, values, or parts of themselves and want help making sense of it all.

People who are hard on themselves and want to understand their emotions, needs, and patterns with more compassion.

Grounding, Attuned, Compassionate, Experiential, Depth-Oriented

I care deeply about helping people make sense of, and build a relationship to, their inner and outer world in a way that is rooted in compassion, connectedness, and autonomy.

In therapy, I pay attention to patterns, incongruences, and the places where thoughts and emotions feel in conflict. I help my clients get beneath surface conflict and notice the ways they may be trying to protect themselves, make sense of their needs, or reach for connection.

My approach is integrative, which means I don’t believe therapy has to be only insight or only skills. Sometimes our work may involve understanding the patterns and experiences that shaped you. Other times, we may focus on what is happening in the present moment: what you notice in your body, what feels hard to say, where you feel stuck, or what helps you feel more regulated.

I bring in reflection, education, nervous system support, and practical tools when they are helpful, but always in service of helping you understand yourself with more clarity and compassion.

My hope is that clients experience me as grounding, attuned, and nonjudgmental. I want to create a space where you can be curious and go deeper while feeling supported and less alone with difficult emotions like shame, fear, self-criticism, hurt, or longing.

Over time, I hope our work helps you judge yourself less, understand yourself more clearly, and feel more connected to how you want to show up in your life and relationships.
