Who I Work With...

People who are ready to better understand themselves, challenge old stories, and practice new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Those who appear “high-functioning” on the outside, but privately struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, overthinking, or low self-worth.

People who have a hard time setting boundaries, trusting their needs, disappointing others, or choosing themselves without guilt.

People exploring identity, gender expression, sexuality, culture, belonging, or what it means to feel more fully like themselves.

Warm, Authentic, Creative, Embodied, Dependable

I bring warmth, authenticity, humor, and care into the therapy room. My style is affirming and down-to-earth, with space for both gentleness and honest reflection. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be fully seen and understood without being judged, labeled, or reduced to a diagnosis.

I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, get curious, and begin noticing the stories, patterns, and beliefs that have shaped how you move through the world. Some of those patterns may have helped you survive or stay connected to others, but they may not be helping you feel grounded, authentic, or connected now. Our work together can help you build more trust in yourself, reconnect with your emotions, body, intuition, and values, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.

What matters most to me is that you feel like an active participant in your own life. I am not here to “fix” you or tell you who to become. I am here to support you as you better understand yourself, gently challenge what no longer serves you, and build practical skills for navigating life with more clarity and self-compassion. I often support clients exploring identity, gender expression, self-esteem, boundaries, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, and relationship stress, always with room for the complexity of culture, race, gender, and lived experience.

Clients often describe me as genuine, dependable, and easy to connect with. They appreciate that I can bring compassion and humor into the room while still helping them stay connected to their goals and values. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more seen, capable, hopeful, connected, and present in your life and relationships.
