Who I Work With...
People who need a place to say what they have been holding in, sort through complicated emotions, and feel understood without being rushed toward a solution.
Individuals and couples navigating broken trust, secrecy, disappointment, or other relationship wounds and trying to understand what happened, what it means, and what comes next.
Those feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, chronic illness, difficult life circumstances, or a major transition and wanting support as they find greater steadiness.
People who want to better understand themselves and their relationships while developing more confidence in communicating their needs, setting boundaries, and navigating conflict.
Compassionate, Warm, Holistic, Encouraging, Reliable
Therapy can be a place to exhale. You do not have to arrive with the right words, a clear goal, or a plan for what to do next. I offer a warm, steady space where you can talk openly, process what you have been carrying, and feel less alone in the parts of life that are difficult to untangle.
Much of my work centers on betrayal, broken trust, and the relationship transitions that often arise in young adulthood. These experiences can leave you questioning what you believed, what you need, and what comes next. I also work with anxiety, chronic illness, broader life transitions, and relationship stress, which can create a similar sense of uncertainty, disconnection, or loss of control. In therapy, we can make space for the hurt, confusion, and anxiety these experiences bring while helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your relationships more clearly, and find greater steadiness moving forward.
I believe change often begins when we slow down enough to understand the emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns beneath the surface. I will not rush you past what hurts or turn every session into a list of things to accomplish. At the same time, I can offer honest feedback, perspective, and practical support when it feels useful. My approach is holistic and collaborative, with attention to how your mind, body, relationships, and environment shape what you are experiencing.
Together, we can make room for what you are carrying, understand it more fully, and help you move forward with greater clarity and trust in yourself.
