Who I Work With...

People trying to make sense of loss, change, or life not unfolding the way they expected.

Those carrying grief that may be hard to name, explain, or fully understand.

People feeling the ache of family disconnection, distance, conflict, or relationships that have changed over time.

People moving through tender life transitions and wanting space to reflect, heal, and reconnect with what matters most.

Healing, Relational, Grounded, Heart-Centered

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can arrive as you are. You do not need to have the right words, know where to begin, or make your feelings easier for someone else to understand. I bring a heart-centered presence to this work, with room for honesty, tenderness, and whatever feels hard to hold alone.

I believe healing happens when pain is given room to be understood, not rushed past. Therapy with me is not focused on quick fixes or forcing change. Instead, we listen for what your experiences have meant, how they have shaped you, and what may need care, attention, or repair.

Loss is one of the main lenses I bring into my work. Sometimes loss is obvious, and sometimes it is quieter: a shift in family roles, a relationship that changed, a version of life you expected, or a part of yourself that feels harder to access. I often support clients navigating grief, family estrangement, parent and adult-child relationships, aging and caregiving, divorce, and major life transitions.

Clients often describe me as warm, caring, relatable, and non-judgmental. My hope is that you feel met with honesty and tenderness as we explore what hurts, what matters, and what healing may look like for you.
