Who I Work With...

Couples who love each other but have started to feel more like roommates, co-parents, or teammates than romantic partners.

Couples who keep getting pulled into the same arguments, misunderstandings, or periods of distance and want to understand what is happening underneath the pattern.

Individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, past experiences, relationship struggles, or emotions that are difficult to make sense of on their own.

People navigating parenthood, separation, divorce, or another major relationship transition who want greater clarity about themselves, their relationships, and what comes next.

Warm, Grounded, Attuned, Relational

I believe that most relationship problems are about more than the argument happening on the surface. Underneath conflict, distance, or frustration, there are often deeper emotions, needs, and fears that have become difficult to communicate. I help my clients slow those moments down, understand what is happening underneath them, and find different ways of reaching themselves and each other.

For me, change happens through connection. When you feel safe enough to understand and express what is really happening emotionally, you can begin responding differently instead of automatically returning to the same patterns. Therapy is not about creating a perfect relationship or eliminating difficult emotions. It is about developing more security, openness, and flexibility in how you move through them.

What matters most to me is creating a space where people feel understood without assigning blame. With couples, I do not take sides. I pay attention to the relationship itself and help both partners understand the cycle they have become caught in. With individuals, I bring the same attachment-focused and trauma-informed lens, helping you better understand your emotional responses, reconnect with yourself, and build greater trust in your own experience.

My clients would describe me as warm, compassionate, and steady. I am deeply supportive, but I also believe therapy should help you move toward something. I will help you look beneath what is happening, have conversations that may feel difficult, and practice new ways of showing up so that connection can become something you experience differently, not just something you understand intellectually.
