Straightforward, Steady, Supportive, Emotion-Focused, Empowering

When you work with me, you can expect a therapy space that is both deeply validating and gently challenging. I help clients feel heard and supported while also encouraging them to engage honestly with the parts of their lives that feel most difficult to carry alone. Change in our work comes from building enough safety to go deeper—so you can understand what’s truly impacting you and begin moving through it with greater clarity and confidence.

I structure sessions around what has been weighing on you most between appointments, whether that involves parenting, relationships, trauma, work stress, or emotional overwhelm. From there, we focus on the patterns and experiences that are currently affecting your ability to function and feel grounded. I’m intentional about creating balance in our work—allowing space to process heavier material while also leaving time to decompress, reflect, and set meaningful intentions for the week ahead.

Clients often describe me as straightforward, supportive, and validating, while also willing to challenge them to do hard things. I believe meaningful change happens when you’re able to experience your emotions fully—without avoidance or judgment—and feel supported enough to explore how past experiences continue to shape your present life.

My approach is rooted in Humanistic, Emotion-Focused, and Psychodynamic therapy. I work collaboratively and relationally, helping you build insight, emotional awareness, and trust in yourself as you navigate anxiety, depression, eating concerns, maternal mental health challenges, and relationship stress.
