Warm, Easygoing, Non-Judgmental, Insightful, Encouraging

I work best with clients who feel like they’ve spent a long time performing in order to be accepted, avoid conflict, or maybe just to fit in.

Therapy should be the space where you can stop editing yourself and finally exhale. Together we’ll explore the parts of your story that taught you to shrink or edit yourself and we will practice new ways of showing up that feel more honest, steady, and true to you. Over time, my hope is that you feel more grounded and confident—clearer about what you need and freer to live in a way that actually fits.

I’m easy-going by nature, and I’ll meet you with warmth and respect while we work toward the changes you want. My priority is creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, which means I’ll tailor our work to you. I tend to draw from person-centered, CBT, DBT, and narrative approaches to support both insight and practical coping tools.

Clients often describe me as a good listener, easy to talk to, calming, and insightful. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to yourself.
